Lamination is a chemical process (similar to a perm) to make existing eyebrow hair more pliable so it can be styled in the direction you want.
Keep your brows styled afterward with an eyebrow brush, which is provided at each appointment.

Last 6-8 weeks. New hairs will start to grow in with your natural hair growth pattern.

Should not be performed sooner than 6 weeks to prevent over-processing of eyebrow hair.
